**If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for leggings, crop leggings, and sports bras, due to the fabric/compression.**
Leggings / Crop Leggings
Please use the natural waist measurement for selecting your size in leggings and crop leggings.

Length Options
Leggings are designed with extra length and our InfinityHem™ – a smoother, sleeker fit than a traditional hem – for personal styling and comfort. Crop leggings are a shorter option that also feature our InfinityHem™ for style/comfort benefits.
Inseam is approximate length of leggings and crop leggings, although length may vary from person to person when worn.
(Because of the premium fabric used in Dylan K leggings and crop leggings, it is easy to create an "instant hem" that stays in place simply by folding/tucking up any extra length.)

Shipping – Fashion
- Orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.
- We ship to all US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands with flat rate shipping of $10, in most cases via USPS Priority Mail.
- In keeping with our sustainable approach, we use minimal packaging for shipping orders: using what is needed to safely and securely protect your order, without the waste of additional packaging.

Dylan K fashion is individually handmade to order in the USA with fair labor practices, a curated selection of fabrics, and non-toxic, eco-friendly inks for enduring vibrancy and resilience.
By opting out of mass-production, Dylan K not only creates distinctive offerings that remain unique (by not flooding the market), but also vastly reduces consumption and waste — down to a fraction of the footprint generated by typical methods.

We want to enable you to order confidently and experience the difference of Dylan K!
Although all Dylan K fashion is individually handmade to order expressly for you — with any returns repurposed as appropriate but never resold, we provide a purchase promise on your first order:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be more than happy to help you with your return. After we receive your return, we will refund you in store credit, plus give you an extra $15 in store credit for shipping your return back to us.
Please note that returns must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered/undamaged and may include up to two items in each fashion category: 1) leggings/crop leggings, 2) sports bras, and 3) crop tees.
Damages –
Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement for any damages somehow overlooked by our quality control. For any packages arriving damaged, please contact the shipping provider.
Purchase Policy – Dylan K Gift Card
All Dylan K Gift Cards are final sale with no returns, exchanges, or credits. There are no redemption or usage fees.
